This pho spot has been close to my heart for fifteen years! The people working there are so sweet and welcoming, the food comes out incredibly fast, and on a cold rainy day their pho just hits different. My usual order is the shrimp fresh rolls and the veggie pho, but I’ve tried their seafood pho and chicken pho and those are divine as well. No complaints and the quality has not changed in a decade.

Very friendly staff greeted us immediately and we were serviced incredibly quickly! Everything we tried was amazing!! We had the Chicken potstickers to start and the sauce was delicious! For Entrees we had Mongolian Beef rice, Vegetable Pho, and Steak and Meatball Pho. Super Yummy especially w a drizzle of Sriracha! The Bubble tea was great too! The staff came around to refill our water and check on us respectfully and frequently. Very comfortable seating and great atmosphere!! Definitely my new favorite spot!

I’ve been going to Jenny pho for 9 years and I have not ever been treated unkindly. I have a service dog and they discriminated her and told us she was not allowed to be in the restaurant due to her being a dog. Under the WAC 162.22.100. “It’s unfair practice for an employer… to request a trained guide or service animal be removed from a workplace…” if you wish to have customers of all sorts be within a establishment, you should not discriminate. Let alone educate all your employees.

If I could rate this higher than five stars, I would. My friend and I do our monthly debriefs here and we always have a great time. The atmosphere is very clean and quiet and the employees are always incredibly friendly. The service is SO fast and the food is impeccable. I’ve tried pho places all over the area and this one takes the cake! There’s something on the menu for everyone and it’ll be tasty no matter what you get.

Thank you for welcoming our large group of young boys. The restaurant is comfortable and clean, service was excellent and the food was some of the best Pho we had ever tasted. 5 stars all around!

We ordered fried chicken wings. 1 large bowl of pho brisket & a plate of Mongolian beef. Asked for a 3 star wasn’t too spicy. It was so good! Came with a bowl of rice. Clean place. Even the water was good! They have lemon water. Wings were crispy. The bowl of pho was a large & I asked for another small bowl. We took home our pho. The bowls were good portion. It’s a chill vibe beautiful plants everywhere. We just moved to issaquah. This is our new spot thank you

The service was very friendly and prompt. Broth was good but not as bold as I generally like, however it was still tasty. The price was a little high at $12 for a small whereas I'm more used to paying $9. The decor is very nice inside and tye atmosphere is calm and enjoyable. I'm not a fan of country music personally and would have preferred something chill like Lo-Fi but that doesn't affect my rating as it's a personal choice. Overall I'd go again.
